Welcome to the November issue of the Ethical Weddings newsletter.
In this Issue:
In Other News
Sarah Irving of Big Issue Cymru is writing a feature on ethical weddings and is looking for green brides to interview, preferably in Wales.
If you are interested, please get in touch with Sarah. Sarah is also planning her own ethical wedding so you should have lots to talk about!
ITV Thames Valley is also in search of ethical couples in their area: Hampshire (north of Winchester), Berks, Oxfordshire and parts of Surrey, Wiltshire and Bucks.
Andrea Benfield at ITV Thames Valley is hoping to do some filming with several couples and compare different things you can incorporate in a green wedding. She would be happy to speak to a couple who has done it all already as well! To find out more, email Andrea.

All new Ethical Weddings!
It's been nearly 2 months since our last newsletter so we hope you've been missing us!
The reason for our lamentable lack of contact was simply that we were waiting until we had something new and exciting to tell you. And now we do...
We are thrilled to announce that we have launched our new and improved and very exciting Ethical Weddings website - hurray!
So what's new?
Well, one of the best bits is probably our lovely wedding suppliers directory where you can now find out just what it is our suppliers are doing to help you in your pursuit of an ethical wedding!
You can also find...
As well as all the new bits, we've still got our bustling blog and faithful forum to keep you entertained for months of wedding planning.
What do you think?
We're also keen to get your opinions on a wide range of ethical wedding issues so we've set up a poll and the option to debate it in the forum if you think it's not quite so black and white.
At the moment, we're asking: Would you choose Fairtrade flowers for your wedding over locally grown non-organic flowers?
If you have a burning question you'd like to put to our ethical wedding community, let us know.
Season's greetings
We've tried to squeeze as much useful information into ethicalweddings.com as possible so have a good old explore and if there's anything you think is missing, please tell us - we won't be offended, honest!
We're hoping to get another newsletter out before 2008 kicks in but just in case it doesn't happen, here's wishing you a wonderfully relaxed festive season.
Take care,
Katie & Jamie
